It's her character Kal, a winged dog, also known as Tsubasa Inu flying into a sunrise.
Sunrises are just slightly different from sunsets but I tried my best to capture the mood of.."a new beginning" in the picture.
I also used this reference picture [link]
I painted this entirely with very simple and cheap watercolours on high quality watercolour paper. Gotta love the colour combinations of blue and orange. Sometimes I surprise myself :'D
