A mirrored realityby *NoreyDragon

Traditional Art / Animations / Colored animation

I know I have a lot of other stuff to finish first - but this is a special gift I really was eager to finish

It's for my best dA friend here: *Finchwing She had the epic idea of animating a cat that sees it's own reflection in a mirror. So I drew her OC Finchwing visiting a twoleg place and getting all confused xD

Enjoy the awesomeness (or not).

Yah, I can see some little mistakes, so don't bother to point them out. I'm still experimenting with movement animation and stuff.
I especially enjoyed to draw the 360° flip!

The challenge was to get it right from the front AND from behind, because of the reflection.

I really love how this turned out and I hope that *Finchwing does, too

_{The "reality" is drawn with markers, while the reflection is drawn with colored pencils. Put together and animated in Photoshop. EVERYTHING is traditional drawn!
There are 69 frames, 115 layers and everything took about 8 hours.. or so?}
